This policy explains how Quick Clean Services (DVA Enterprise) handles personal information, following the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property to be cleaned, details of the cleaning you need, access arrangements you give us, files you attach, and messages you send. Our website also records which pages and buttons are used (for example a click on the WhatsApp button) without identifying you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the cleaning, invoice you, and handle any follow-up such as a return visit. We do not send you marketing emails or text messages unless you separately ask to receive them (an unticked box on our forms), and you can stop them at any time — use the unsubscribe link, reply STOP to a text, or tell us.
Who sees it
Our staff and the cleaners assigned to your job. Access details such as lock-box codes are restricted to the people doing your clean. A short notice of each new enquiry (your name, contact details, service and suburb — never access details) is emailed to the business owner so it is answered quickly. We use service providers to host our website and email. We do not sell your information.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored in our private customer system, which is protected by logins and encrypted backups.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask a question about privacy, by contacting info@quickcleanservices.com.au or 0466 699 276. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
