Steam cleaning lifts the dirt that vacuuming leaves behind. We pre-treat high-traffic areas, clean with hot water extraction and treat individual stains as an add-on where you need it.
It is popular at the end of a lease, after a long winter, and in homes with pets or young children. Rugs are cleaned on site in the same visit.

Questions
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours, depending on the weather and ventilation. Opening windows or running heating or air conditioning helps.
Will every stain come out?
Most everyday marks lift. Some stains, such as dye, bleach or burns, change the fibre itself and cannot be removed by cleaning. We will tell you on the day what to expect.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small items and anything fragile. We clean around large furniture that cannot be moved safely.
Areas we cover
We clean across Melbourne’s south-east and inner south, including Caulfield, Carnegie, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Brighton, Balaclava, Malvern, Caulfield North, St Kilda, St Kilda East, Elwood, and nearby suburbs.
