Moving out is busy enough. We clean the property from top to bottom to the standard property managers inspect against — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, skirting, doors, switches and the inside of cupboards — so you can focus on the move.
Many of our end of lease jobs come through real estate agents and property managers, so we are used to working to inspection times, collecting and returning keys, and coming back promptly if an agent asks for an area to be touched up.

How pricing works
The price depends on bedrooms, bathrooms and the property type. A 1-bedroom apartment starts at $319 + GST, a 2-bedroom apartment at $379 + GST and a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house at $579 + GST, for a property in normal condition. Very dirty properties, metered parking and extras add to the price, and the calculator shows every line before you send anything. Homes with four or more bedrooms or six or more bathrooms are quoted individually.

Questions
Do you work to the real estate agent’s checklist?
Yes. Send us the agent’s checklist or entry condition report notes if you have them and we will clean to it. If the agent asks for an area to be redone after inspection, tell us straight away so we can arrange it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave keys with the agent or in a lock box. Access details are kept in a restricted part of our system and are never sent by email.
Should the property be empty?
Yes, please. We can clean around items, but anything left behind may not be cleaned under, and we cannot remove rubbish or belongings.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
It is an optional extra priced per room, so you only pay for the rooms you need. Add it in the calculator to see the total.
