These terms apply to quotes and cleaning work by Quick Clean Services.
Quotes and prices
Online calculator prices are shown before GST; 10% GST is added on your quote and invoice. They are based on the details you enter. If the property is materially different (larger, or in much worse condition), we will talk to you before doing extra work. Written quotes state how long they are valid.
Bookings
A form or calculator request is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and time with you.
Access
You are responsible for giving us access at the agreed time, with power and water connected. If we cannot get in, we will contact you to rearrange.
Return visits after end of lease cleans
If your agent raises an issue with an area we cleaned, tell us within three days with the agent’s notes or photos, and we will return to re-clean those areas.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.
Payment
Invoices show GST and our bank details. Payment is due as stated on the invoice.
