How is the price worked out?
Home cleans are priced from the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the property type, how dirty it is, parking and any extras. The calculator shows every line, plus GST, before you send anything. Commercial and builders work is quoted after we understand the job.
Is the online price final?
It is the price for the details you enter. If the property turns out to be very different — much larger, or in much worse condition — we will talk to you before doing any extra work.
What is included in an end of lease clean?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, interior windows within reach, floors and the laundry, including inside cupboards. Carpet steam cleaning and some items such as the fridge are optional extras. Each service page lists what is and is not included.
When is my booking confirmed?
Sending the form is a request. We confirm the date and time with you by phone, SMS or email — your booking is confirmed only when you hear from us.
Can I book a time someone else may already want?
Yes. Choose the date and time that suits you; we run more than one job at a time and will contact you if we need to suggest another time.
How do keys and access work?
Tell us in the booking form whether you will be home, or whether keys are with an agent or in a lock box. Access details are stored in a restricted part of our system and are never included in emails.
